Our Return Policy:

The Smocked Sparrow operates primarily as a pop-up shop at markets and festivals. Many of our items are seasonal, limited time, or made to order for a specific event.  Due to the quick turnover of our market inventory, all online sales are final.  Please be sure to read the item description carefully and reach out with any questions you may have. 

In some cases, we may be able to accommodate a size exchange.  Please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order if you wish to request an exchange.  Buyer is responsible for all shipping costs associated with the exchange. 

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order and we will do our best to find a solution.
